Effective date: February 12, 2025
1. Enrollment Agreement
By enrolling in any course at Vesper Grove Academy you agree to complete all required modules, attend scheduled sessions, and respect the intellectual property of the institution. Tuition is non-refundable once the course start date has passed.
2. User Conduct
All participants must maintain professional conduct during live classes and within our learning platform. Harassment, plagiarism, or distribution of course materials is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate dismissal without refund.
3. Intellectual Property
Course content, recordings, and supplementary resources remain the exclusive property of Vesper Grove Academy. Students receive a personal, non-transferable license for educational use only.
4. Limitation of Liability
Vesper Grove Academy is not liable for any indirect damages arising from participation. Maximum liability shall not exceed the total tuition paid for the specific program.
5. Privacy & Data
We process personal information according to our Privacy Policy. You may request data deletion by emailing [email protected].
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued enrollment after changes constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
